AiToolGuide – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of

(the “Site”), operated by AiToolGuide (collectively,
“AiToolGuide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• Age 18+. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Site.
• Lawful behaviour. You agree not to scrape, mine, hack, transmit malware, or otherwise misuse the Site.
• Limited licence. AiToolGuide grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and share public Site content for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit the source and do not modify the content.

2. Intellectual Property

• AiToolGuide Content. Except where otherwise indicated, all original text, comparisons, rankings, site design, and custom graphics on this Site (“AiToolGuide Content”) are owned by AiToolGuide or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use of AiToolGuide Content requires our prior written consent.
• Third-party trademarks & logos. All product names, company names, logos, and brands shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We display these marks to identify the products and services we review (nominative use) and for informational/educational purposes as permitted by law (e.g., fair use/fair dealing). Display of a third-party mark does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Respective owners retain all rights.
• Screenshots and third-party materials. Screenshots, product images, UI captures, documentation excerpts, or other third-party materials may appear solely to illustrate features or to provide commentary/critique/news reporting. Such materials remain the property of their owners and are used in accordance with applicable law and/or the source’s license terms. Where required, we provide source attribution and/or a link.
• Attribution & corrections. We aim to attribute third-party materials accurately. If you are a rights holder and believe your mark or content is used beyond what the law permits, please email us with (a) identification of the work/mark, (b) the URL(s) at issue, and (c) your contact details. We will review and, where appropriate, update attribution or remove the material.
• No data-mining of third-party assets. You may not download, scrape, or compile third-party logos, screenshots, or other assets from the Site for your own use except as permitted by law.

3. User-Generated Content

The Site currently does not offer public comment sections or file-upload features.
If you submit feedback via email or our contact form (“UGC”), you grant
us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that feedback.
We may remove or refuse any UGC at our sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links.
If you click such a link and subsequently make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions or review ratings.

5. Disclaimers

• Informational purposes only. The material on this Site is offered exclusively for general information and educational use; it does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial, legal, technical, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified advisor before acting on any information presented here.
• “As is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiToolGuide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices
of any linked site. Access these links at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiToolGuide and its owners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Copyright / Takedown Notice

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright,
please email legal@aitoolguide.net with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL);
3. Your contact information; and
4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised agent.

We will promptly investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Effective date” will indicate the latest revision.
Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the
State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
